Raw Material Receipt
Every incoming fly ash load is sampled and tested before entering the classification process — fineness, LOI, moisture, and specific gravity checked. Loads that do not meet intake specification are not accepted.
In-Process Classification Control
Classification parameters are monitored continuously during production. Fineness targets are checked against grade specifications at regular intervals throughout each run.
Pre-Dispatch Laboratory Testing
Every finished batch is tested in our on-site laboratory against the applicable standard before dispatch approval is granted. No batch ships without clearing all parameters.
Batch Certification
A full Certificate of Analysis (COA) is prepared for every shipment — fineness, LOI, chemical composition, specific gravity, and standard compliance statement, traceable to production records.
Third-Party Inspection
Approved inspection agencies accommodated at the facility or at port. Test witnessing, sampling, and independent certification on request.
Testing at the Point of Production
Hi-Tech Fly Ash operates a dedicated 24×7 on-site quality testing laboratory integrated into the production facility. Testing is conducted at the point of production — results are available immediately and drive dispatch decisions in real time.

When Your Project Requires It
Independent inspection can be arranged at our production facility or at V.O. Chidambaranar Port to meet project-specific, consultant or customer requirements. The inspection scope can include product sampling, laboratory testing, packing verification, loading supervision and shipment documentation.
Sampling Witnessing
Independent inspectors can witness representative product sampling before laboratory testing.
Laboratory Testing
Chemical and physical testing can be independently witnessed to verify compliance with the agreed product specification.
Packing & Loading Inspection
Verification of jumbo bag packing, container stuffing or break bulk vessel loading prior to shipment.
